Toni Basil, multi award winning director, choreographer, dancer, filmmaker and singer shares the insane stories of her life, living room style, over drinks, with funny, inspirational tales about sex, the entertainment industry, living and her drug of choice - dancing. For over three decades Toni has worked with some of the biggest personalities in the business from Bette Midler to David Bowie and her insight into the world as she sees it from the side-wings will certainly make you laugh but are also a testament to women who have fought for their careers, refused to take “no” as an answer and succeeded with style, humor and grace.

A distinct character in her own way, she is well known for her iconic song and video, “Mickey”, which became an international multi-million selling #1 song and was installed in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as one of the groundbreaking singles of the 1980s. Alongside her Emmy, Toni is the recipient of Hip Hop International’s Living Legend Award and is widely recognized for bringing street dance to prominence as a founding member of The Lockers, "the group that changed the face of dance."
