Burlap To Cashmere

: Burlap to Cashmere released their debut album, Anybody Out There, in 1998. The album went on to sell almost half a million records and the band quickly gained a reputation for their unique Greek-folk style of music and energetic live shows, going on to play to sold-out arenas worldwide.

The band went on a ten-year hiatus and reformed in 2011 to record their self-titled sophomore album, Burlap to Cashmere. The album received critical acclaim and Burlap has been featured on numerous media outlets since, including a performance on Google, as well a fictional/semi-biographical film, The Other Country, produced by renown director Brett Leonard.
